Our Service may also collect non-identifiable information that becomes available to us as a result of your use of our Service. Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
The information we learn from users helps us personalize and improve the Service and services that we offer through the Service. We use your information to respond to your requests for information and to generate and maintain mailing lists.
Shimon may collect your credit card information when you register for certain events or programs (“Event”), complete a survey or application, and/or pay a deposit and/or various fees applicable to or associated with an Event. We use the information only to obtain payment for the applicable Event fees and deposits. We use other third parties to provide credit card processing on our Service. When you register with the Service, sign-up for an Event, or request any other Shimon service, we will share your personal information and credit card details as necessary for the third party to provide or facilitate the requested service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose including their own marketing purposes.
As an event volunteer procurement specialist and marketing organization, the personal information you provide may be published on the Service and/or third party sites, in print form, and in any other form of media, as determined by Shimon in its sole discretion, to allow our partners, third-party organizations and/or event organizers and promoters to identify and/or find you, including, but not limited to directories, volunteer listings, and other types of registration lists compiled by Shimon in connection with our programs and Events (“Directory Lists”). Directory Lists, or any portion thereof, may also be disclosed by Shimon to any third party in its sole discretion. Directory Lists will not include financial information, such as credit card or bank information.
We may also use your personal information for the following purposes:
  • establishment and maintenance of our relationship with you;
  • responding to your requests and inquiries;
  • registering you for programs, events and/or services that you have requested;
  • process, fulfill and follow-up on your applications and fee payments;
  • meeting legal, regulatory, insurance, security and processing requirements; and otherwise with your consent.
